When adding a new user, it's important to make sure that they are getting access to the right tabs, and not getting access to pages that you do not intend to give them access to.

There is only one access level for the Driver App and the Dispatch App - all users will have the same experience.

There are two access levels in the Manager Portal:

  1. Manager Access

  2. Admin Access

Manager Access

When a manager user logs into the Manager Portal, they will have access to:

  • Dashboard

  • Deliveries

  • Drivers

  • Feedback

  • Analytics

This view will include all stores that this user has access to.

Admin Access

When an admin user logs into the Manager Portal, they will have access to:

  • Dashboard

  • Deliveries

  • Drivers

  • Feedback

  • Analytics

  • Settings

The settings tab allows this user to access settings for the store(s) that they have access to:

Within these settings, this user can see and modify:

  • Location Details: modify restaurant name, address, phone numbers

  • Access Management: add all types of users

  • API Payloads: view payloads of successful and unsuccessful orders coming into Captain from your integration

  • Webhook Events: view webhooks relating to your integration

  • FleetShare*: opt into fleets available in your region by accepting their terms and conditions

*FleetShare tab will only show if this is enabled for your location.
